The Disability Council is the official advisory body to the NSW Government. The purpose of the Council is to provide the Minister for Disability Services and NSW Government with independent advice on matters that affect people with disability in NSW.

    The Law Reform Commission is reviewing the NSW Guardianship Act. They have released the third and final round of questions for consultation.
